BIOS 327: BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY

This laboratory course focuses on the theory and practice of estimating biodiversity. Students work in groups to design, execute, and communicate the results of a systematic survey of particular taxonomic groups in the Big Thicket National Preserve in east Texas. Class has required meetings outside of regular class time.
