MGMT 821: BUSINESS DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

Students consider how our identities shape the way we interact with the world, and how individual, group, organizational, and societal level processes intertwine to shape diversity, equity, and inclusion at work. We will discuss how to better navigate diverse settings, improve our ability to work within and lead diverse and inclusive teams, and consider effective solutions for designing and supporting diversity efforts in organizations.
