CHEM 558: NANOCRYSTALS
Spring 2024 · Section 001 · CRN 22530
This course will provide a detailed investigation into the chemical and physical principles of inorganic nanocrystals. Topics will include nucleation and growth, crystal faceting, surface ligand chemistry, size-dependent properties and scaling relationships, interparticle forces, and nanoparticle self-assembly. Proficiency in physical chemistry and inorganic materials is strongly encouraged.
