FREN 320: FRENCH CHILDREN'S LITERATURE

In this course, students will read and write about French children's literature, along the way familiarizing themselves with canonical and contemporary picturebooks, chapter books, and junior novels. Students will analyze children's literature as a literary genre, its place in French culture, and its role in socializing French citizens.
