BIOE 517: INSTRUMENT/MOLECULAR ANALYSIS

This course will cover the basic principles of optics, optical instrumentation, microscopy and molecular detection technologies. Emphasis will be placed on the application of advance microscopy techniques to imaging problems in biology and medicine. This course is intended for first year BIOE PhD students only.
