SMGT 450: LEADERSHIP IN SPORT MANAGEMENT

This course will provide an overview of several major leadership theories as well as stimulate discussion on different styles of leadership and how they apply to the sport industry. Students will perform a leadership self-evaluation as well as develop a plan for its real-world application.
