POLI 323: CIVIL RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES

This course explores how the Supreme Court has interpreted and applied the US Constitution in the area of civil rights and liberties. We will examine claims related to property, privacy and personhood, First Amendment speech and religious protections, and equal protection of the laws based on race, gender, age, etc.
