COLL 151: FEASTING THROUGH JEWISH HIST

This course is designed to educate students on the Jewish diaspora, how different diasporic cultures formed, and what their similarities are mainly through the lens of food. Most classes will be spent making food while some will be strictly lecture based on the 3 major diasporic cultures.
