BIOE 628: MED INNOVATION INDUST. SEMINAR

Students will learn to address unmet clinical needs thru methodical design. Concept generation principles & proof-of-concept prototyping will be discussed. Screening techniques will be taught that not only weigh technical merit of a concept, but regulatory, reimbursement, IP & business strategies. Students will participate in industry case studies & guest lectures from industry professionals.
