The primary goal of this course is to help you become effective leaders of organizational change. Students will learn, discuss and put into action an important framework for managing organizational change. Participation in this course will: 1) Provide you with an effective framework for managing organizational change. 2) Improve your competencies as both a leader and participant in change.
