COMP 549: DATA SCIENCE PROJECTS

In this project-based course, student teams will complete semester-long data science research or analysis projects selected from a variety of disciplines and industries. Students will also learn best practices in data science. Cross-list: DSCI 535 . Graduate/Undergraduate Equivalency: COMP 449 . Recommended Prerequisite(s): COMP 341 or COMP 642 or DSCI 303 or ELEC 378 or ELEC 478 or ELEC 578 or STAT 413 or STAT 613 or COMP 440 /557 or ELEC 440 /557 or COMP 540 Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for COMP 549 if student has credit for COMP 449 .
