This course examines the international dimensions of authoritarian politics, exploring how authoritarianism increasingly operates beyond national borders. It introduces core features of authoritarian rule and analyzes how regimes and their opponents engage with international institutions, foreign governments, and transnational actors in contemporary world politics.
