SMGT 365: SPORT MEDIATION

This course introduces the core principles of mediation. Within the class each student will become familiar with the nature of conflict, have a better understanding of culture awareness, as well as the ethics within the field of mediation. Students will conduct a full mediation while maintaining neutrality, exhibiting negotiation skills, and drafting agreements.
