MDIA 374: VIDEO ACTIVISM

This course employs video as a tool to make and distribute stories about people and issues in our world aimed at affecting change. We will learn about the history of video activism and watch examples to inform our own work. Students in the course will complete a series of exercises and one central issue driven video work. All necessary equipment will be provided. Cross-list: FILM 333. Recommended Prerequisite(s): FILM 327
