Leadership coaching is a professional skill that leaders use to enhance another person's ability to achieve their goals. Students will learn how to lead others in their own professional development through the use of coaching. This course emphasizes experiential learning and some graduates will be selected to become coaches to Rice engineering undergraduates. Repeatable for Credit.
